As a multi-passionate soul, my journey has taken me across many paths (and many places!). I grew up in Argentina but spent years solo traveling the world before settling in Sweden. My deep curiosity has always been a guiding force, but my path into the wellness field was shaped by my own healing journey—navigating trauma, eating disorders, and a deep longing to free myself from pain and depression.
Breathwork and nervous system regulation found me late in my healing journey—but exactly when I needed them the most. I had spent 20 years searching for ways to feel truly happy and fulfilled, exploring meditation, energy healing, plant medicine, mindset work, and body-based practices. Yet, no matter how much I learned, something always felt incomplete. It seemed like there was always one more piece to the puzzle, and lasting well-being remained just out of reach.
But when I discovered breathwork and somatic healing, everything changed. This was the missing link I had been searching for—the deep, embodied transformation that finally brought me home to myself.
Breathwork became my anchor. It supported me through healing Complex PTSD, childhood trauma, chronic depression, and deep feelings of unworthiness. It helped me regulate and restore my nervous system after completely frying it post-Ayahuasca (yes, that happened). It held me through an intense dark night of the soul, and it continues to be my most trusted tool for navigating daily life, stress, and self-discovery.
You don’t need to chase mystical experiences—your breath is the key. I’m here to guide you back to yourself, helping you unlock your own power, presence, and healing.
